Can I cancel my Order?

We regret to inform you that we do not accept changes to your order once it has been placed. Items are hand made to order and start production immediately.

How Many letters can I have personalised?

we are restricted to the amount of letters we can personalise due to the size of the garments and spacing, we recommend a Maximum of 10 characters.

Why is the processing time so long?

Our personalised products are made to order in house by myself so we do have a processing time to create your orders.
