All personalised items have a processing time of around 10 working days

(this does not include weekends or Bank Holidays)

Any non personalised items have a processing time of around 3-5 Working days

(this does not include weekends or Bank Holidays)

All Christmas items have around a 30 working day processing time.

Turnaround times DO NOT include shipping times, UK first class takes around 1-3 working days

(this can be longer during the holiday period)

Domestic & international shipping

We Currently only accept shipping to the UK, Ireland, Australia and USA.

All UK shipping is free and will be sent via Signed Delivery with Royal Mail.

Cancelations

Once your order has been placed we are unable to cancel or make changes as your order will go straight into production.

Returns & Exchanges

Our personalised products are non refundable.

Faulty items must be flagged within 14 days of receiving it, tags must still be attached.

To be eligible for a return for an unpersonalised product, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging and not a personalised product unless faulty.
